Helix Human Capital was founded by Shea Putnam and Justin Baros in 2018. Shea has an extensive background as a Recruiting Services leader. Justin has an extensive background working for startups, and building and leading in-house recruiting teams.
Together, they started Helix to help companies who needed better options for recruiting support. The hourly recruiting model allows companies to align the support they get from Helix with their hiring demand.
